About Cyprus

Through its uniquely advantageous geographical position at the crossroads of three continents, Cyprus has developed in the past few years into a regional business centre flourishing in the property development and services sector.

Easily accessible through two international airports, a full member of the European Union since 2004 and a stable, democratic nation, Cyprus offers a positive environment for investors, particularly through its broad network of double tax treaties and favourable tax regime.

Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean and a very popular tourist destination due to its warm climate, excellent infrastructure and high standard of living. The official language is Greek and English is widely spoken and used in business. The legal system of Cyprus is based on English law and procedures for investment are straightforward and time effective.
